alerts you won't miss

Now with audible alerts!

sugardash now includes audible alerts for highs, lows, and no recent data.

How it works

Step 1

Your CGM shares readings

Your CGM app or connected pump sends your latest readings to the service you already use.

Step 2

sugardash connects securely

Sign in to that service on sugardash or in the iPhone app. sugardash does not pair directly with the sensor.

Step 3

Your numbers stay in view

sugardash uses Wi-Fi to keep the latest reading, trend arrow, and recent history visible around the clock.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I set a mute schedule for sugardash alerts?

sugardash does not use a mute schedule. We’ve considered adding one, but decided against it because a forgotten or incorrect schedule could silence an alert someone expected to hear. Muting is still quick: tap the volume button on the sugardash home screen, or use the app. The app can change the volume mode on multiple sugardash devices at once.

Will sugardash work with my CGM or pump?

Most likely. sugardash works with many Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Omnipod, Tandem, Medtronic, twiist, Nightscout, and Sugarmate setups. Your exact CGM-and-pump combination matters, so the Compatibility Guide is the quickest way to confirm yours.

Does sugardash have audible alerts?

Yes. Audible alerts are optional and can be set separately for high, urgent high, low, urgent low, and no recent data. You can mute or snooze them and choose a quiet, loud, or gradually increasing volume.

Can sugardash show more than one person?

Yes. One sugardash can display up to six people. You can switch between them, let the display rotate automatically, or see everyone together.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. sugardash ships from the United States, and we do ship to many countries outside the U.S. International orders ship via DHL with duties and taxes prepaid, so the amount you pay at checkout is the total you will pay.

We do not ship to every country. The easiest way to confirm whether we ship to your location is to enter your address at checkout and see whether shipping options are available.

What is your return policy?

You may return your device within 10 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, though original shipping charges are not refundable. Domestic U.S. returns include a prepaid return label, while international customers arrange their own return shipping. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Is sugardash battery powered?

No. sugardash stays plugged in with USB-C so the display can remain on day and night. A USB-C cable and U.S. wall adapter are included.

Can I dim the screen or turn it off at night?

Yes. sugardash includes full brightness control. Tap the sun icon to adjust brightness manually or enable auto brightness. You can also create automatic brightness schedules to dim the screen at night, and easily switch between normal, dark, and screen-off modes.

Will sugardash work with my Wi-Fi network?

sugardash connects to standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks, which most home routers support.

It does not currently work with networks that require a browser login (called captive portals), such as some hotel, school, or hospital Wi-Fi networks. In those cases, you can usually connect by using a mobile hotspot or by asking the network administrator to whitelist the device using its MAC address (found in the About Device settings menu).

Can sugardash display glucose in mmol/L?

Yes. sugardash supports both mg/dL and mmol/L units.

Do I need an app?

No—not for most setups. Dexcom, LibreLinkUp, Nightscout, twiist Insiight, and Sugarmate can all be connected on sugardash itself. The app gives you guided setup and remote controls, and it is required for CareLink. It is currently available only for iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and we hope to offer an Android version soon. App features require sugardash software 3.5.0 or later and a sugardash 2.
